"After multiple searches on line and calls, I could not find a company that would consider cleaning the dryer vent in my condo. Either they wanted a exaggerated sum to do so, or they declined flat out. So when I found Mark on Home Stars I called. He picked up the phone and when I told him it was for a dryer vent in a condo, he said I will be right over, just text me the address. He showed genuine concern and not putting $$$ ahead of customer service. In his words: "when it comes to dyers, you don't want to risk a fire". He showed up in less than one hour. He took his time and showed me exactly what he was doing. He was able to get the vent completely unblocked. The grill on the outside was a little blocked up (Im on 7th floor). But he did not leave until he was satisfied the line was clean and there was a proper flow. He even cleaned my fan and the lines to the dryer.
